iMotiv was formed in 2022 and is located in Melbourne, Australia. The organisation was created off the back of the changing automotive industry in Australia, with an abundance of talented engineers and a diverse range of skill sets.
Through years of experience, we noticed that a lot of organisations neglected their aftersales and customer quality services. Therefore, we saw this as an opportunity to leverage our skills and expertise to provide better services for clients in these areas.

Following the hand-over of a new product to a customer, their interaction with the brand is via Aftersales and customer support functions. These teams cover servicing, parts, resolution of issues and/or repairs.
At this point in a customer’s journey with a brand, their expectations are high. They want an ’instant, no hassle and fix it right first time’ experience.
Underestimating the importance of Aftersales is very costly to a business. It can negatively impact brand reputation, the customer experience and repeat business. Not addressing customer issues quickly to completion will significantly raise warranty costs and risk litigation/fines from governing bodies.
